Ciroc VS Course Dinner
Once of my favorite aspects of being a chef is when I get to intentionally customize a menu with a product or company. Brand Activation is the term that is commonly used when the art of driving consumer consumption through brand interaction and experiences. Cîroc has recently release their new French Brandy entitled “Cîroc VS” which was crafted with passion, process, and patience.
After doing my homework on the new brandy I began to curate a menu to not only reflect the region where the dinner would be taking place (Atlanta, GA) but also complimenting the flavors to create a unique tasting experience.
